Social Media Management App

The purpose of this project was to demonstrate the possibility of integrating a management application for social medias to CRM system. I have made several researches on the web to find out the most possible solution that could integrate to a CRM application and I find out that SociaBoard an open source project was the closest solution that could possible fulfil to the type of implementation I was looking for. The purpose of this project was mainly for learning.

Usages:

• Assign Tweets, Facebook, linkedin and Instagram messages received from the public to the right team member/s for reviewing or responding to that message/request, through push notification to either their SociaBoard or Social Media account.
• Useful for researching new Trends, Feedbacks, Announcements and Products using different filter options.
• Ease to manage multiple social profile with a single dashboard web application.
• Enables generating reports for analysis and making informed and improved business decision.
• Automating workflows, for example - when a social media user tweets or messages about a product send automated customised response.
