Admin Management Using Asp.Net MVC

I have designed and implemented this web application for use by one of my clients for their Customer Relation Management System (CRM). The web-based application allows the system admin to review sales, orders, reservations and number and location of existing and new customers to their public site. This allows the business to forecast sells and promotions for increase in revenues and turn overs.

The screen shots below includes the original and draft Sketch and UIs for CRM scheduling and setting different admin tasks.

System Requirements:

• Design and implment backends and fortends for the CRM system.
• Allow admin login and admin functionality.
• Implementation of customer, product, booking, order etc... management systems.
• Report functionality.
• Audit functionality.
• Notification system.

Actions & Outcomes:

The objective of designing and implementing a complete CRM system for my client’s business was accomplished and delivered to the budget and within the time-frame required. The following summary milestones were achieved:

• CRM system was implemented and delivered to the client.
• User guide and training to usage of the system.
• Performance evaluation and optimisation.
• Customisation and amendments as per required.
• Configuration management and setup.

Conclusions

The implementation of this project brought a boarder view and opportunities to the business of my client. As the result of CRM system, my client was able to control and manage appropriately several business aspects.
